I once served in an elite anti-gang unit with the LAPD and was awarded the Medal of Valor for courage in the line of duty. From the outside, it looked like success. But behind the badge, years of trauma and moral conflict took their toll. At the height of my career, I was convicted in federal court and sentenced to 18 years of prison, serving 16.
Prison was my rock bottom – but it was also where I found faith, accountability, and the truth about integrity. I learned that when you lose your way, the only path forward is humility and responsibility.
Today, I help others heal from their trauma and addiction through faith, discipline, and fitness – proving that redemption is possible.
